Privacy notice.

1. Scope

This notice applies to the public SynthianAI website, email sent to or from contact@synthianai.tech, consulting inquiries and records, and individualized professional outreach performed for SynthianAI Research. Separate platforms linked from this site—including Patreon, OpenAI, and Zenodo—operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

2. Information we may receive

When you contact SynthianAI, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, professional role, organization, email address, the substance of your inquiry, attached materials, scheduling information, and correspondence connected with a possible or active engagement.

Please do not send confidential, classified, export-controlled, regulated, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. If a potential engagement requires protected material, the exchange method and scope must be agreed first.

3. Technical request data

The public website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most hosting providers, Hostinger may process technical request and log information needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain the service. This may include IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, date and time, referral information, and security or error events. SynthianAI does not claim that hosting logs are absent.

4. Business contacts and professional outreach

SynthianAI may maintain limited professional contact records for individualized, relevant business outreach. Those records may include professional name, role, organization, work email, limited business-phone information, source or provenance, delivery status, response history, and suppression or opt-out status. Personal email addresses are excluded from the current outreach process.

Apollo is the current business-data provider used in this process. SynthianAI may also use publicly available professional sources. An opt-out or hard-bounce record may be retained to prevent unwanted or repeated contact.

5. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• respond to inquiries and assess whether a proposed engagement is a fit;
• prepare, perform, document, and administer an agreed consulting or research engagement;
• communicate with professional contacts about relevant SynthianAI work or services;
• maintain consent, opt-out, suppression, provenance, delivery, and correspondence records;
• protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the website and communications systems; and
• meet applicable contractual, safety, accounting, or legal obligations.

Authorized AI-assisted tools may help organize information, analyze supplied material, and draft correspondence. Human operators remain responsible for external decisions, claims, and communications.

6. Website technology

The current public site is a static Hostinger-hosted website. At the date of this notice, the homepage does not use a SynthianAI-controlled inquiry form, advertising pixel, nonessential cookie, or site-controlled analytics service. The site may link to email and third-party services. Browser, operating-system, network, security, or hosting-provider technologies may process information independently of SynthianAI.

No website checkout or payment processor is currently confirmed live. If a form, analytics service, checkout, customer-management system, chatbot, or mailing list is introduced, the relevant privacy and consent controls will be reviewed before that feature is released.

7. Third-party services

Current or linked providers may include:

• Hostinger, for website hosting and the contact@synthianai.tech mailbox;
• Apollo, for limited professional business-contact data used in individualized outreach;
• authorized AI-assisted tools, which may support analysis, organization, or drafting under human responsibility;
• Patreon, for optional community and financial support under Patreon’s own policies; and
• OpenAI, Zenodo, and other linked services, when you choose to visit or interact with them.

Provider availability and functions can change. The provider inventory is reviewed when this notice or the website’s data-handling features change.

8. Retention

SynthianAI retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, administering an engagement, preserving agreed project records, maintaining suppression or consent records, protecting systems, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable contractual, accounting, or legal obligations. Different categories may therefore be retained for different periods.

Information that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire when practical, subject to secure backups, provider operations, legal obligations, and records needed to honor an opt-out.

9. Privacy requests and outreach opt-out

To ask a privacy question, request correction or deletion of information held directly by SynthianAI, or opt out of professional outreach, email contact@synthianai.tech. Please state enough information for the request to be located and handled safely. Identity or authority may need to be verified before disclosing, changing, or deleting a record.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to honor an opt-out, secure the service, preserve an agreed project record, or meet an applicable obligation. Requests concerning a third-party platform should also be directed to that platform.

10. Changes and contact

This notice may be updated when SynthianAI’s services, providers, or data-handling practices change. The revised notice will display a new “Last updated” date. Material new data practices should be reviewed before the related feature is released.
